All you need is Yourself!

There are so many things happening around us every single minute. We cant focus on each and everything and idly we are not required to even pay attention to a lot of them
Seeking validation to be happy is very easy and yet a very hard thing to do at the same time. People love or respect you as per their need of you. Don’t get upset thinking about this, because even you would be doing the same.
We are never the same person, we keep evolving and that’s the good part of time and our life that we keep changing with our core intact.
When things go haywire and you feel you need someone do not forget that it’s YOU. You need yourself the most. The moment you have lost yourself or feel lost , it doesn’t matter who stays or leaves your life, you will not feel anything. I know its easier said than done but what to do we need to say this multiple times to our self so that someday it is registered subconsciously and our brain and body functions in that way.
We say we have a support system with us in our life but what we are saying is that we have an external support system, which is very much dynamic. It involves people from different walks of our life and few living and non- living thing like a place which relaxes us. We require along with the external support is to create a support system internally. This will happen only when we understand our self and know why we react in a certain way. Especially our brain and heart – to solve the constant fight that they have always.
Take small steps daily, I know things are hard and difficult. At times, you would think that there is nothing that could be done. You feel lost like getting submerged in the water. You cant swim and there is no one to help you swim to a safer place. But don’t forget that you have yourself and if you just flapped your hands few times, you can come to the surface to breathe and ultimately survive. When we decide to help or do things for our self, we attract good energy. Everything around us contains energy and it affects us in every way possible.
You can try to help things around you to be better, maybe watering a plant which is in the house because until now, whichever plant you had got home had died. Keeping your space clean so that you don’t get that lethargic feeling, cooking a favorite meal or learning something that you wanted, no matter how small or silly you think it may sound.
Life has a lot of small things to be happy about and ultimately they are the one that keep you sane. We as humans like to be control, and when bigger things in your life aren’t going as per your understanding, taking care of smaller things will give you a sense of peacefulness in those times.
Remember life is a journey but that doesn’t mean that it needs to long instead of large. We will for sure face things or days where we don’t want to get up or do anything but once you had defeated that feeling, you will be glad that you had not quit on that day.

There is no over the night miracle or knight in shining armor coming to rescue you, it will be you- your own self that comes to rescue you. Be mindful of what you talk to your self and how you handle it.
